Ready to hire tomorrow鈥檚 talent, today?

Recruit at a job or career fair
Grow your connection with IU Indianapolis by recruiting at one of our signature campuswide events:
- . Seeking students interested in working part-time? Take part in this event at the beginning of each academic year.
- . Recruit freshmen through seniors from a variety of majors and experiences to fill your internships.
- . Whether you’re looking for interns or job-ready graduates to fill your full-time hiring needs, this event each April can connect you with hundreds of students.
Share your experience, build your network
Each November, Fall Career Week offers students 40+ events to help them explore career pathways, learn more about their chosen fields, and network with employers and working professionals.
The ways you can participate are limitless. Share your experience on an industry panel, host a Field Trip Friday, attend a networking event, or put your acting skills to the test during mock interviews.
Employers often find participating in Fall Career Week to be an excellent opportunity to network with potential talent and help develop future professionals in your field. Whatever your ideas, we can find an opportunity for you.
Build your presence on campus
Maybe you want to staff an informational table or host your own hiring event. Campus Career and Advising Services (CCAS) can be your first point of contact to help navigate campus policies and get connected with students.
Recruit at a school-specific event
Many of our schools have career services teams that coordinate events, fairs, and networking opportunities to connect you with students in particular disciplines. Not sure where to go? CCAS can help you connect with the appropriate school to fill your needs
