This grant represents IU Indianapolis’ commitment to your success—when you pledge to meet or exceed expectations, we pledge to support your education financially.
How do I know if I’m eligible for the IU Indianapolis Pledge Grant?
Here are the expectations for IU Indianapolis Pledge Grant recipients.
- Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
- Maintain eligibility in either the 21st Century Scholarship or Frank O’Bannon Grant
- Maintain full-time enrollment
- File the by the April 15 state aid deadline each year
How much will I be awarded?
The IU Indianapolis Pledge Grant is available for up to four years and ranges from $500 to $4,000 annually, based on financial need.
How do I apply for IU Indianapolis Pledge Grant?
When you file the FAFSA by the April 15 state aid deadline, you will be considered for the need-based IU Indianapolis Pledge Grant.
How do I maintain eligibility for the grant?
Your eligibility to renew your IU Indianapolis Pledge Grant will be determined each June based on your completion of minimal renewal standards. Award amounts may be reduced or eliminated if your financial need changes or if you receive significant IU Indianapolis scholarship opportunities.
